Lady hits beau with auto after she discovers he is HIV-positive

After her beau advised her he was HIV-positive, Misty Lee Wilke supposedly reacted by hitting him with a Mustang. She says that she didn't expect to hit him, yet Wilke, of Phoenix, Arizona, is being accused of exasperated attack and endeavor to confer second-degree murder.
